Who is Brandi McComb?
With over 35 years of experience in live performance, studio work, and touring, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my vocal coaching. I specialize in vocal health, breathing techniques, and expanding vocal range, ensuring my students are well-prepared for stage performances and singing with live bands.
My professional journey includes a decade of touring with Vince Vance & the Valiants. I toured extensively across the USA and Internationally for nearly 10 years as one of the group's lead Valianette’s, “Victoria”. We traveled 300 days out of the year each year mainly on a tour bus and would also fly now and then. This popular, high-energy musical revue allowed me to shine as a professional singer, dancer and actress. Not only did we share the stage with well-known celebrities (Huey Lewis, James Brown, Harry Connick, The Four Tops, Chubby Checker and many more), we performed from the Superdome to the Superbowl and the Waldorf Astoria to the White House. My final big tour was a 26 day USO tour. The next 18 years I led my own band, ZuZu Peddals. I studied music and vocal performance at the Mountain View Dallas Campus in the early ‘90s, which fortified my foundation as a vocalist. More recently, I served as a voice instructor and show director at School of Rock for the past 3.5 years, where I honed my skills in nurturing talent.
Now residing in Rowlett for the last 8 years, I bring my passion for music and teaching to the community. Born and raised in Garland, I strive to inspire both adults and children in their vocal pursuits, providing them with the tools and techniques for success on stage.
